Choose a template and upload 1–4 reference photos to create a new graphic. AI can change faces and details, so review the likeness and lettering before placing the artwork on your sweatshirt.

- Use a sharp original file. Enlarging a tiny image will not add detail.

Can I put my original photo on a sweatshirt without using AI?
Yes. Open the design editor, add your original photo or finished artwork, and adjust its size and placement. The AI creator is a separate option for making a new artwork interpretation of your photos; it can change details and likeness.
Can I print different pictures on the front and back of my sweatshirt?
The double-sided styles featured in the design studio have separate front and back canvases. Use a different image or text on each side, or leave one side blank. Check both previews before adding your design to the cart.
What photo works best for a custom photo sweatshirt?
Use the original, sharp, well-lit image rather than a screenshot or a small social-media copy. Keep faces and important details inside the crop. For AI artwork, use 1–4 clear reference photos and a suitable template. Enlarging a small image does not restore missing detail.
Will the printed colors look exactly like the preview?
The preview helps you check composition and placement; it is a mockup, not a photograph of your finished item. Fabric color, texture, printing and your screen can change the appearance. Check the contrast on your chosen garment, especially for dark photos and fine text.
How do I choose my sweatshirt size?
Compare the product's garment measurements with a similar item you already own. Size labels are not interchangeable between unisex and women's fits. Available colors and sizes depend on the selected style; an out-of-stock combination cannot be ordered.
How long does a personalized photo sweatshirt take to arrive?
Production and shipping are separate. Most approved orders enter the U.S. shipping flow within an estimated 48 hours after artwork review; transit usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Stock, artwork issues, weekends, holidays and your address can add time. This is not a guaranteed arrival date; check current shipping information before ordering for an event.
