Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Choose a product or custom gift page, upload your photo or finish the design, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Your design details stay attached to the order for production.

Question 2

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered production, we will do our best to help. Once a custom item is printed, changes and cancellations are usually no longer possible.

Question 3

How long does order processing take?

Accepted Answer

Most approved custom orders leave our U.S. production flow within 48 hours after artwork review. Artwork issues, inventory changes, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons can add time.

Question 4

Can I request an invoice for my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you need an invoice, please make sure to provide your billing details during checkout. The invoice will be sent to your email along with the order confirmation.

Question 5

Can I add special instructions to my order?

Accepted Answer

If available, you can add notes or special instructions during the checkout process. Look for the order notes field before completing your purchase.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Available secure payment options are shown at checkout. We are preparing PayPal support for public checkout, and card options may also be available through the payment provider.

Question 7

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Question 8

My payment failed. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

First, verify that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also reach out to us for assistance.

Question 9

When will I be charged?

Accepted Answer

Your payment is processed when you place the order. Custom production starts after the order and design details are received.

Question 10

What are your shipping options?

Accepted Answer

U.S. orders currently ship free with tracked delivery. Delivery to most U.S. addresses usually takes 3-5 business days after the order ships; remote areas may take longer.

Question 11

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

We are focused on U.S. delivery first so we can keep production and shipping expectations clear. If international delivery becomes available, checkout will show it for eligible addresses.

Question 12

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Question 13

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Question 14

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we're unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment. U.S. orders currently qualify for free shipping, so add all items to one order when possible.

Question 15

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

All products, including personalized items, can be submitted for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact support with your order number and a short explanation of the issue; we will review the request and confirm the appropriate refund or resolution.

Accepted Answer

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Question 19

Do you offer discounts for new customers?

Accepted Answer

New customer offers may appear on the website or by email. Subscribe for seasonal gift ideas, launch offers, and production updates.

How do I apply a discount code?
