Transparent Artwork and Front & Back Sweatshirt Printing
A transparent background removes unwanted rectangles; it does not make every thin line or translucent glow suitable for DTF production.
Use the product's own canvas
The men's editor has independent 877×1200 front and back canvases; the women's has 1054×1200 canvases. These are production pixel dimensions, not physical centimetres. The same master artwork should be contained inside each canvas without stretching the portrait or changing its proportions.
Transparent means genuinely empty
Outside the graphic, pixels should have zero alpha rather than a white rectangle or an image of a checkerboard. Photo windows inside a collage may intentionally be opaque. Inspect the isolated graphic on light and dark backgrounds to detect key-color halos, unexpected blocks and stray dots.
Print confident detail
These products use white-ink DTF heat transfer, not embroidery, applique or knitting. Extremely fine contours, tiny text, semi-transparent shading and soft outer glows can print differently from their screen appearance. Favor readable faces, clean edges and deliberate line thickness.
Review both sides separately
Place different art on the front and back, repeat the same design, or leave a side blank. The preview uses the selected product's registered print bounds, not the Hoodie channel's area. Before adding the item, inspect the right side, garment color, portrait count and text position.
